Groups counterparties, keeps category memory per bank account, sends vouchers to Tally in batches of 500 with no double booking, reconciles against the Tally bank ledger (BRS) and flags income-tax risks (s.269ST, s.68, s.194N, s.138, s.194A, 194-I/J/C/Q). Ships as a single .exe, a CLI or a Docker image, with 138 automated tests. Price: ₹8,000 per year, unlimited statements.
